Registered once
A guardian adds a delegate — photo, name in Arabic and English as per Iqama, ID number, validity, and which students they may collect.
At the gate
The guard scans the delegate's QR code. The delegate never needs an nx account of their own.

Status moves Requested → In Progress → Left School → Picked.
Visible
The guardian follows each change in real time, and the admin sees the whole queue.
